A nice crowd filled at Hampton Inn meeting room. The bidding on this 26 acres of bare land with no utilities started off slow but picked up and finished at $318.99 per acre. $8300 Total.

06/19/10 - Eckenrode Living Estate Auction

Bidders braved the 100 degree plus heat for a uniques collection from the 94 year old seller. Bids came in fast and furioous from the shady area of the yard.

The real estate bidding was slow but multiple offers came in after negotiations with the high bidder ceased. The property closed on July 1st as originally scheduled for a cash sale price of $15,000.

05/22/10 Zertuche Estate Auction, Rocky Ford, CO 

This was a nice estate auction with beautiful Southern Colorado weather which means it was in the 90's with a breeze and the bidders enjoyed plenty of shade and good food. The auction lasted just over 4 hours with selling at a brisk pace. 

Real Estate: 5b/4ba home on 9 acres with 10 shares of Catlin water. The high bid price was $92,200. Because the property was offered subject to seller acceptance, this offer was countered by the seller. As of Monday May 24th it is still under negotiations.

Cold weather didn't slow the bidding at this large estate sale.

We sold a large amount of tools and household items but the main question to me has been, "What did the Model T bring?"

1924 Model T Ford in excellant condition - Pre Auction estimates put the value at around $6,500...Sold for $8,000.
